Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) is a regulated health profession consisting primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health, rehabilitation, and pain relief.
